1-Years Warranty

TyresMate tyres are backed by a 1-year total warranty. If the tyre fails or there are any issues with the tyre fitting within the first year, you will receive a free replacement, tyre vale and safety checks.

Eco Friendly Vans

We use AdBlue which is fed into the exhaust of all our vans, reacting with the nitrogen oxide gas produced by the combustion process, breaking it down into harmless nitrogen and oxygen. We are aware that emission levels in cities throughout the UK are at dangerous levels in certain areas.

Can my tyre puncture be repaired?

While most punctures can be easily repaired, there are some instances where a replacement tyre is needed.
We can repair a puncture if:

The puncture is within the central three-quarters of the tyre.
The tyre’s tread depth is over the legal minimum of 1.6mm.
There is no evidence of a previous repair around the puncture.
There is no sidewall or shoulder damage to the tyre.
There is no run flat damage, which would affect the tyre’s structural make-up.
There is no ageing or deterioration of the tyre rubber.

Tyre puncture repair law

Tyre repair is a highly technical process. As such, there are set of stringent guidelines set out by the British Standards Institution that all tyre technicians must adhere to. One of these rules is BSAU158, which defines the way that vehicle repairs should be carried out. You can rest assured that all the technicians at Rescuemate work to the BSI’s rules and are fully qualified.
