Outstanding service
Every aspect of the service was friendly and professional. The guy who took my call was really helpful. The engineer arrived promptly, was very professional and friendly. The service provided removed the stress from the situation.

Speedy and efficient
We were completely floored by an object that trashed two tyres on our new (to us) car. Quick response, definite plan and sound quote in minutes over the phone, followed by a timely visit by mobile technician who managed the replacement quickly and efficiently on a cramped site and in unpleasant weather. A real lifesaver!

Nasty blow-out near Swindon
just off the motorway with a totally flat tyre. Rescuemate were brilliant. From the lady on the call to the man who fitted the tyre, helpful, courteous, good humoured and super-reassuring. Highly recommended 😊

Stranded in a 3.5 tonne Luton van
I was stranded on a busy Aroad with a flat tire in a Luton van on the way to a job so needed a quick response which is exactly what I got, hour max for the guy to get there and the process only took 10 minutes and I was off on my way to complete my days work.

Great service. Came back from holiday to find my car had a flat. RescueMate came up with the quickest solution to my problem.

An extremely efficient service
An extremely efficient service. I would use RescueMate Mobile Tyres. When I telephoned in the call handler was effective, knowledgeable and clear. I was updated with info whilst a driver/tyre person was found and en route. The driver also kept in touch and let me know when he was a few minutes away.

We were in dire straights totally flat tyre, no spare, but rescuemate came to the rescue. They were quick and professional. Would definitely recommend and will use again if I need to.

Fantastic customer service
Just had these folks fix a tire for me in Whitby, Joseph called and let me know that instead of just changing over to my spare could do the patch no problem if I wanted was done in 20 mins and was extremely customer service oriented will be sure to keep there number in my phone .... great experience!

Great job from start to finish
Was on a job in Nottingham for a customer when i accidentally clipped the curb, the tyre went down straight away. I didn't have the locking wheel nut key or the tools do do a tyre change plus the spare looked in bad condition anyway. The Rescuemate team were great from start to finish.

Rescued !!
I had a burst tyre as I arrived in the office. All online mobile sites indicated tomorrow was earliest fix .. which didn’t get me home ! Called rescue mate, fitter arrived within 90 mins and sorted. Yes a bit more expensive than the people who couldn’t come .. but sorted

Very very quick and amazing service. Called me back very quickly, after I submitted my details and got to me within 20 minutes after the call. Repaired my wheel within in 10minutes and I was in my way

My niece had a flat tire
My niece had a flat tire, we called Green Flag but it would be the following day before they could do anything but Rescuemate arrived within an hour, took the guy minutes to fix it. He was really nice very professional. Delighted with the service from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

So quick and efficient!!
Had a flat tyre ,no spare ,needed it that day ,called rescue mate and then within no time at all had a new tyre done on my drive without any hassle whatsoever.was more than I thought it would be but could pay in 3 instalments which was perfect for me and their service was amazing so was worth it .thanks guys !!

Car went down a pot hole
Car went down a pot hole on a building site. Called several tyre companies but no good as either didnt go on site or just got answer phone . Called rescue mate and was dealt with by a very professional and efficient guy. Gave me ETA of approx 60 to 90 minutes.

Decent service
Great service over the phone, sent someone out within the timescale mentioned. Tyre changed without any problems and was back on the road promptly. Slightly costly, but it’s not going to be cheap on a quick turnaround call out.

Brilliant service on BH weekend.
Found out we had a flat tyre around 11:00 in the morning on a bank holiday weekend, rang local garages as I had a wedding in the afternoon quite a drive away. No one could help and found this company on Google as a last hope.

A trailer leg fell off the vehicle in
A trailer leg fell off the vehicle in front, I was fortunate enough to drive over it and had a flat tyre. Simple online request form, received a call back, and polite quick response time. Good value service. Would use again for sure.

I found RescueMate on the Internet when I was in a very sticky situation (stuck at Dover Port with a shredded tyre on a trailer). RescueMate were very quick to find a replacement tyre.

Knights in shining armor! I was stuck with a ruined tyre, and RescueMate were the only ones who would help. The guy in the office was professional and courteous, and a big "Thank you!" is due to Peter for getting me going again.

Fantastic Company
Fantastic company, got a puncture on way to Dover with family, vehicle comes with no spare, Couldn get recovered with Rac telling me I only have roadside assistance but I have the full package, thank god for these guys, phoned paid and within hour and a half they are with me putting a new tyre on van, highly recommended.
